Our guidelines are not restrictions — they are the foundation that makes great experiences possible for everyone. We expect all players to read and honour these standards from the moment they join.
1. Respectful Conduct
All players must treat others with dignity and courtesy at all times. This means no name-calling, no threats, and no targeted abuse of any kind directed at other players or staff. Harassment, hate speech, or any language that demeans someone based on their race, gender, sexuality, religion, nationality, or any other characteristic will result in immediate account suspension. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for behaviour that makes others feel unsafe or unwelcome in our community.
2. Fair Play
Competitive integrity is core to the OnnivoPlay experience. Players must not use software exploits, third-party automation tools, bots, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage over other players. All gameplay must be performed manually by the registered account holder. Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bugs, or circumvent intended game mechanics violates these guidelines and will result in account action. If you discover a bug or exploit, please report it to our support team rather than using it.
3. Honest Communication
Honesty and transparency are essential to a trustworthy community. You must not spread false or misleading information about the platform, its games, or other players. Impersonating another player, a OnnivoPlay staff member, or any other person is strictly forbidden. Creating multiple accounts to bypass a ban or game restriction is also prohibited. Represent yourself accurately and communicate with honesty at all times.
4. Protecting Privacy
Respect the privacy of everyone on the platform. Never share personal information about yourself or other players in public areas of the site — this includes full names, addresses, phone numbers, financial details, and any other sensitive data. Do not solicit or request sensitive personal information from other players under any circumstances. If a player ever asks you to share personal details, please report the conversation to our support team immediately.
5. Age Compliance
By using OnnivoPlay, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Our platform is intended exclusively for adults. Any account found to belong to a minor will be permanently and immediately closed, and any associated data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you believe a minor has gained access to the platform, please notify us at support@onnivoplay.com without delay.
6. Responsible Use
OnnivoPlay encourages healthy and balanced gaming habits. While our platform uses only virtual coins with no real monetary value, we recognise that gaming can become a habitual pattern for some players. If gaming stops being fun, it is absolutely okay — and encouraged — to take a break. Reporting & Enforcement
If you witness a violation of these guidelines, you can report it using the flag icon on any player profile or by contacting our team at support@onnivoplay.com. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Consequences for violations are applied progressively based on severity and history:
- Warning: A formal notice issued for first-time or minor violations, with guidance on expected conduct.
- Temporary Suspension: Account access restricted for a defined period, ranging from 24 hours to 30 days depending on the nature of the violation.
- Permanent Ban: For serious, repeated, or egregious violations, an account may be permanently closed with no possibility of reinstatement. This includes all forms of harassment, hate speech, fraud, and exploiting game systems.
OnnivoPlay reserves the right to take immediate action — including permanent banning — for any behaviour that poses a serious risk to the community, without following the progressive steps above.
