1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the OnnivoPlay platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OnnivoPlay Ltd. ("OnnivoPlay", "we", "us", "our"). Your continued use of the Platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use OnnivoPlay. By agreeing to these Terms and using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If we discover or have reason to believe that you are under 18, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account and delete all associated data. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of OnnivoPlay is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
3. Nature of the Platform
OnnivoPlay is a free-to-play social entertainment platform. All gameplay uses virtual coins which are provided for entertainment purposes only. Virtual coins have no monetary value whatsoever, cannot be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent, cannot be exchanged for prizes of any kind, and are not transferable between accounts or to any third party. OnnivoPlay does not constitute a gambling service, and no real-money wagering takes place on the Platform.
4. Account Registration
To access most features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are permitted to hold only one account per person; creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@onnivoplay.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using bots, automated scripts, or any software to play games or interact with the Platform outside of a standard browser
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics to gain an unfair advantage
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or members of our team
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security or access controls on the Platform
6. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Platform — including but not limited to game designs, graphics, sounds, software code, logos, trademarks, and text — is the exclusive property of OnnivoPlay Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You retain no rights, title, or interest in any game content, virtual coins, or intellectual property on the Platform.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand our practices.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. OnnivoPlay does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OnnivoPlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of game progress, or loss of virtual coins.
9. Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, violation of our Community Guidelines, or conduct we determine to be harmful to other players or the Platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
OnnivoPlay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
